Privacy statement

ZENthropic is a product of ZEN Software, based in the Netherlands. We handle personal data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Below you can read which data we process through this website and our demo phone lines, and why.
Contact form and email
If you fill in the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message in order to answer your question. The form is provided by HubSpot (EU data centre). We keep this data for the duration of the contact and delete it no later than one year after the last contact, unless you become a customer.
Demo phone lines
When you call one of our demo numbers, the conversation is processed in real time by an AI speech model (OpenAI) in order to respond. Your phone number, the transcript and a summary are stored on Google Cloud in the Europe region (Belgium) so we can improve the demo. This data is deleted automatically after 90 days, or earlier on your request.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. IP addresses are anonymised by Google. We use this data solely to improve the website.
ZENthropic customers
For organisations that use ZENthropic for their own customer contact, we act as a data processor. The terms — including retention periods, sub-processors and security — are laid down in a data processing agreement, available on request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to hello@zenthropic.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
